Our company:
We are an advertising agency and are always looking to outsource work so if you are in the professional areas above and we have work that could benefit you, we will definitely pass it your way for as long as you fit the spec.
The office is situated at a very lovely little centre. In Ferndale, Randburg. The nicer part of Randburg.
There is a mug and bean downstairs and LOADS of lovely restaurants to choose from. There is spa and woolies in the centre. Tones of parking and security 24/7.
The office is well lite with natural light which makes it a very pleasant working environment and creative space. We have an LCD screen TV and a home theatre system for some entertainment every now and then. We tried to make it as interesting as possible.
For R2500 per month, the following applies:
- You will have one white desk and one office, full back chair.
- You will have fair use of the reception area.
- The use of the receptionist for receiving calls and handling incoming and outgoing faxes and taking of messages.
- You will have use of the 4 in one printer at an additional charge (faxing, printing, Scanning and copying is charged for. We will provide you with a rate card)..
- You will be offered a Telkom line at an extra charge (no connection fee) and you will be provided with a telephone. the Telkom bill should be paid monthly to us as.
-You will be charged an extra R150 per GIG on internet accesse
- There is a microwave, kettle and refrigerator which you are welcome to use. We do not provide groceries, cutlery, crockery or any other utensils.
- The office will be cleaned on a Monday and Thursday. This includes your work space should you require.
- No work stations are provided.
- We need a R3000 deposit, this is none negotiable and the months rent upfront. Rent is payable to our bank account on the last day of every month.
- The rent includes water and electricity.
- We require a minimum of a six month lease.
